As a passionate optometrist and business development leader, she enhances patient pathways and delivers exceptional care. With a background in healthcare and the medical device industry, Grace integrates medical knowledge with a patient-centred approach. Recently completing a mini-MBA in marketing, she leverages her experience in sales and key account management to drive revenue growth and build strong VMO relationships.
As the Business Development Director for New South Wales and the ACT, Grace is focused on fostering collaboration and nurturing relationships that meet the needs of healthcare providers while enhancing patient outcomes. She is committed to making a meaningful impact by driving growth and expanding referral networks.
In her role, Grace collaborates on service expansion plans, develops business cases, and supports the introduction of new services to ensure successful implementation. She is also instrumental in VMO recruitment and engagement, identifying potential surgeons and fostering opportunities for collaboration.
