Patient information
A comfortable, worry-free hospital visit begins before the day of your procedure. We’ll make sure you feel ready for your procedure, and have everything you need for your stay with us.
Preadmission is an important part of your hospital care. It’s important to submit your preadmission forms ideally at least 7 days prior to your admission dates. We will then review your details and medical history, and get in touch if we require any additional information.
We will notify you of your admission time by SMS or email on the business day before your procedure. If we do not have a mobile telephone number for you, we will telephone you on your landline.
It’s also important to bring an up-to-date list of your current medications with you for your hospital visit. You can obtain this from your General Practitioner or pharmacist.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders
Acknowledging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is an important aspect of ending exclusion.
Pennant Hills Day Surgery acknowledges the Darug and Kuring-Gai people, the traditional custodians of the land on which our hospital operates, and pay our respect to their elders past, present and future. We acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of these regions.
Awareness of the importance of different cultures and acceptance of this diversity as a part of modern Australia is central to the Pennant Hills Day Surgery culture. This increased acceptance across all aspects of our society is a critical aspect in helping to create a more united Australia.
