We look forward to warmly welcoming you to our dedicated endoscopy suite, which has been purpose-built to provide excellent patient outcomes. Arriving at Sundew
We have worked hard to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day of your procedure, and this starts from the moment you arrive at our day surgery, where you will find ample free parking on site. Remember, you must have a responsible adult with you to take you home after your procedure, and you will not be able to drive home afterwards.
On entering Sundew Day Surgery, please proceed to our reception area and let our friendly staff know you have arrived. We respect your time, and as we guide you through the admission process you will have the opportunity to discuss any concerns you or your carer may have.
We will confirm your name, date of birth, admitting details and doctor. These standard identification procedures will be repeated throughout the day to ensure your safety.
Once you have been admitted, our nursing team will take you to our pre-procedure area and assist with any pre-procedure matters requiring attention. Here you will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your procedure.
