Jasna joined Nexus with an extensive background in HR formed across a range of sectors, including seniors independent living, retail and tourism, and has worked in metropolitan and regional landscapes across Australia. She is motivated by the role that community plays in delivering positive healthcare outcomes, and the importance of meaningful interaction with everyday Australians in achieving this.
Jasna sees herself as a positive agent of change who cares about people, and at Nexus, takes the lead role in enabling each member of the Nexus team to be the best selves they can at work. She cares deeply about building a high quality employee experience that mirrors and supports a world-class patient experience, and is committed to responsive and proactive employee engagement that drives a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Armed with a sense of humour, Jasna enjoys nothing better than a good laugh, and in her down time enjoys cooking and entertaining, with conversation revolving around her other passions of music, travel and architecture. She is also an avid green thumb, and uses every opportunity she can to unwind in the garden.
