Trudy Mason brings over three decades of experience in the healthcare industry. Starting her career in nursing and advancing into leadership roles with global healthcare corporations, her journey reflects a steadfast commitment to patient care and the broader healthcare landscape.
Previously, Trudy was an integral part of Nexus Queensland’s leadership team, where she oversaw the administrative management and operational efficiency of one of our Queensland hospitals. This role demanded an extensive understanding of Medicare and private health insurance systems.
As Business Development Director for Queensland, Trudy plays a key role in identifying growth opportunities, aligning the Nexus business model with sector developments, and recruiting new surgeons to drive organisational growth. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional VMO experiences, fostering trusted relationships, and advancing innovative solutions.
Trudy’s passion for healthcare’s dynamic nature, combined with her expertise and respect for healthcare professionals, drives her commitment to continuous learning and excellence. She believes exceptional patient care is achieved when patients feel wholeheartedly cared for, regardless of the outcome.
